First Appointment
Initial Psychotherapy Evaluation

In the 50 minute Intake appointment, I want to hear more about what you answered on your Intake Questionnaire. We will review what has been happening, how it has impacted you and set goals for therapy that are important to you.

Follow-up Sessions
Psychotherapy Session, 50 min

In the 50 minute follow-up therapy sessions, we will talk about your week, stress that you have experienced, symptoms that you are having and immediate tools that you can apply.

TELEHEALTH COUNSELING
For residents of Illinois and Florida
There are times when you cannot make it to the office for your appointment, due to schedules or weather. Or resources are far away. I offer Telehealth sessions to residents of Illinois and Florida.

I offer Telehealth online counseling, a secure and private therapy session via webcam. You can connect with me via your laptop or mobile device. A 50-minute session is $140. You can pay with your Health Savings Account. If your insurance plan covers Telehealth sessions, I am happy to provide you the necessary document for you to submit to your insurance carrier to be reimbursed.

Telehealth counseling offers you the convenience of a counseling session fit right into your life!

Billing

For individual counseling, the Initial Evaluation is $200 and the follow-up sessions are $140 self-pay. You can use your Health Savings Account. I can also provide the necessary form for you to be reimbursed by insurance, using your Out-of-Network benefits.
