Workshops

Focus: Women are experiencing hormone fluctuations and health changes in their 30's, 40's and 50's. Learn the best ways to decrease the unpleasant symptoms, increase your strength and find your tranquility.

Who: Women in their 30's, 40's, 50's

Where: All sessions are virtual.

How long: Each coaching session is 50 minutes long. You and Coach Kathy will decide how many sessions are needed to meet your goals!

Where: All sessions are virtual.
